ANDREW SHIRINDZI - Executive Director
Andrew is a co-founder and a director of AS LOGISTICS. He oversees the whole business operation including monitoring of the fleet on the road. Andrew is also responsible for marketing and securing contracts for the business. He is the first contact with potential customers. An astute businessman, he has worked in Government as well as the Private Sector over the last ten years.
He worked as a Procurement Agent in the Gauteng Government, in charge of Vehicle Finance at Absa Bank and worked as a Credit Card Specialist at First National Bank as well as at Panasonic SA as a Senior Customer Support Agent.
He joined Africa Jiyane Transport in 2009 as a Director and Fleet manager. Andrew gained vast experience and understanding of the transport industry during his time at Africa Jiyane.
He decided to move on and start his own company and AS LOGISTICS was established soon afterwards.
ALFRED MOLOSHA - Marketing and Operations Director
Started career as a sales trainee at Shoprite, a retail company. The desire to start a transport business poised for market expansion and strong growth saw him join Matalana Transport & Logistics, Barloworld Logistics, Goldfields, Actom, Aveng Grinaker and Steel.
He Streamlined the sales process and improved the overall sales, strengthened the sales team by increasing its size, successfully obtained 7 new clients from engineering companies and won the coveted Sales Representative of the Month award twice.
He is a skilled presenter, project leader, and communicator, with the experience and flexibility needed to adapt to fast-changing schedules, high-pressure settings, and rapidly shifting priorities.
Alfred joined Andrew Shirindzi Logistics PTY LTD in January 2015, since then the company has grown its sales by 43% percent and we are servicing more clients than the previous year.
